  • I’ve been twice now. I would highly recommend for people who have deep tissue injuries. great therapist, great facility, great results.

  • Slipping on snow, I tweaked my neck and shoulder. I asked around at work if anyone had a massage therapist and someone suggested Debbie. She was terrific! She was pleasant and totally worked out the scar tissue using a few different techniques. It was so good I felt compelled to write a review, which I never do. Also, her place looked nice, was clean, and filled with new equipment. I would definitely go back.

  • If you're an athlete, work out a lot, or recovering from an injury... book your appointment now! Best massage I've ever had. She worked some magic and targeted all my problems areas. Very knowledgeable, personal, thorough, and communicated every step along the way.

  • Friendly, professional and clean environment. The cool peppermint towel after using infrared sauna is such a bonus! Looking forward to more sessions and trying a hydro massage.

  • Debbie has been wonderful! I work in law enforcement and my back and neck have never felt better since going to her. She’s got tons of experience and knows exactly what you need. Highly recommend.

    - Ashley ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • I had a wonderful experience here. I had a 30min upper back massage on an area that has been causing problems for the past few months. I left feeling refreshed and like I had more mobility than when I came in. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Signature Muscle Therapy focuses on releasing chronic tension and addressing specific pain issues—not just relaxation. Every session includes hands-on work using advanced tools (cupping, Graston, heated therapy, positioning table technology) PLUS 30 minutes of recovery therapy you choose (compression, HydroJet, robotic back relief, or Triple Max). Traditional spas charge this much for massage alone—you get therapeutic work plus recovery tech included.

  • After your hands-on muscle therapy, you choose one recovery modality:

    • Compression Therapy - Dynamic air compression for legs, arms, and hips to reduce inflammation

    • HydroJet Massage Table - Heated water-powered massage while fully clothed

    • Robotic Back Relief - Precision robotic system with infrared heat for back tension

    • Triple Max - Red light therapy + PEMF + muscle activation to calm your nervous system

All included in your session price.

  • Yes! All our recovery services can be booked as standalone sessions:

    • Medical-grade Basswood Infrared Sauna

    • Compression Therapy

    • HydroJet Massage Table

    • Robotic Back Relief Table

    • Triple Max (Red Light + PEMF + Muscle Activation)

These are perfect for maintenance between your Signature sessions or if you just want recovery-focused treatments.

  • Most clients return every 2-4 weeks for maintenance once their initial pain improves. If you're dealing with chronic tension or a specific issue, weekly sessions for 3-4 weeks often work best to build momentum. We'll recommend what makes sense based on your body's response.

  • We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards.

  • Many clients notice immediate improvements in range of motion and reduced muscle tension. You might feel sore for 24-48 hours as your body processes the work—similar to post-workout soreness. This is normal and means we're addressing stuck tissue. Drink plenty of water, move gently, and the recovery modality you choose will help your body settle. Most people feel significantly better within 2-3 days and notice cumulative improvements with regular sessions.

  • Our Robotic Back Massage uses an FDA-cleared thermal massage system with intelligent spinal scanning technology. The heated massage rollers (up to 149°F) automatically adjust to your unique spine curvature, delivering targeted pressure and infrared heat along your entire back—from neck to lower spine. You simply lie down, and the system scans your body to provide a customized massage tailored to your specific spinal alignment. The combination of heat, pressure, and positioning helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and provide deep relief for chronic back pain and stiffness. Sessions are fully clothed and typically 20-30 minutes.

  • HydroJet Massage uses heated, pulsating water jets to deliver a therapeutic massage—but you stay completely dry. You lie fully clothed on the table while powerful water jets move beneath a waterproof barrier, massaging your back, shoulders, and legs. The adjustable pressure and heat (up to 107°F) create the sensation of a deep-tissue massage combined with the relaxing warmth of a hot stone treatment. It's perfect for people who want muscle relief without getting undressed, dealing with lotions, or disrupting their day. Each session is 20-30 minutes, and you can adjust the intensity to your comfort level.

  • We use dynamic air compression therapy with specialized sleeves for your legs, arms, and hips. The system uses sequential compression—like a massage that moves upward from your extremities toward your core—to boost circulation, reduce swelling, and flush out metabolic waste like lactic acid. It's especially effective for athletes recovering from training, people with inflammation or poor circulation, or anyone dealing with muscle soreness and fatigue. Sessions are 20-30 minutes, fully clothed, and you can choose which areas to target. Many clients use it after workouts, between training sessions, or as part of regular maintenance to keep their body feeling fresh and recovered.
