What to Expect

During you session, your therapist will guide your body through a series of targeted stretches and mobility patterns, using gentle pressure, rocking, and body positioning techniques to release muscular tension and encourage full-body flexibility. Its like a combination of yoga, massage and joint mobilization - but you don’t have to do any of the work.

You’ll remain fully clothed in comfortable attire while the therapist does all the movement for you.
