Licensed Massage Therapist

Muscle Therapy Wellness Lounge is hiring a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our results-focused clinical bodywork practice in North Haven, CT. This is a hands-on, client-outcome role in a premium 1,700 sq ft lounge — no spa fluff, real therapy, established clientele.

What you'll do
- Deliver 60 and 90-minute clinical muscle therapy sessions
- Integrate recovery technology (infrared sauna, red light, compression, HydroJet) into treatment plans
- Document client progress and communicate recommended cadence
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
What you bring
- Active Connecticut LMT license (required)
- Comfort with deep tissue, sports, and clinical modalities
- Cupping / Graston / IASTM experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, client-first attitude
Part-Time · Golf · TPI Certified
Golf Instructor (TPI Certified)

Activate Golf Lab at Muscle Therapy Wellness Lounge is hiring a TPI-certified Golf Instructor to run lessons and player development on our state-of-the-art simulator setup in North Haven, CT. Work alongside our licensed wellness team to deliver a body + swing offering no other studio in the area provides.

What you'll do
- Deliver TPI-informed swing lessons and player development programs
- Screen clients and coordinate mobility work with the LMT team
- Run simulator-based sessions, club fittings, and skills assessments
- Build a returning book of golfers through referrals and packages
What you bring
- TPI Level 1 certified (required)
- TPI Level 2 preferred
- 2+ years teaching experience preferred
- Comfortable with launch monitor and simulator technology
