1. Agreement

By booking an appointment, purchasing a package or membership, or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service with Muscle Therapy Wellness Lounge ("we," "us," "our"), located at 117 Washington Ave Suite 21, North Haven, CT 06473.

2. Services

We provide licensed therapeutic massage and recovery technology sessions. Services are non-medical and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a physician. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new bodywork or recovery program, especially if pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition.

3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Shows

Appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card on file.
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at 50% of the session rate.
No-shows are billed at 100% of the session rate.
Arriving late may shorten your session; the full rate still applies.

4. Packages & Memberships

Packages are non-refundable and expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Memberships renew monthly, may be paused or cancelled with 15 days' notice, and unused monthly credits roll for up to 60 days.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards where eligible, and cash. Superbills are available on request. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

6. Client Conduct

Our practice is professional and clinical. Any inappropriate behavior, request, or language will result in immediate termination of the session, full-rate charge, and permanent refusal of service.

7. Health Disclosure

You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, injuries, and pregnancy status. We reserve the right to modify or decline service in the interest of safety.

8. Liability

You assume the risks inherent in massage and recovery services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Therapy Wellness Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content — copy, imagery, branding, and design — is the property of Muscle Therapy Wellness Lounge and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, CT.
