What we bring to Cheshire
Two Ways To Do It.
Recovery Lounge
Your team rotates through stations: Percussion Therapy, Chair Massage, Localized Cryotherapy, and Compression Boot Recovery. A deeper experience for a smaller group.
Every employee gets an option. No one sits out.
Cheshire, New Haven County
We know Cheshire.
Cheshire's 15 minutes northwest via Route 10 or 68. Runners logging Canal miles, Cheshire High and Cheshire Academy student-athletes, and Bozzuto's warehouse workers all fill our schedule from town — usually because they finally admitted they needed more than a foam roller.
Cheshire is a running and cycling town — the Farmington Canal, Cheshire Half Marathon, and one of the strongest high-school swim and football programs in the state. Whether your team sits near Cheshire Academy or Cheshire Park, we'll load in, set up in about 30 minutes, and run the flow so you don't have to.
