Muscle Therapy
Stretch
Therapist-Guided · Deep Mobility · 60 or 90 Minutes
A one-on-one, therapist-guided stretch session with the same structure as our Signature Muscle Therapy. The 60-minute visit gives you 30 minutes of hands-on assisted stretching plus 30 minutes of recovery technology; the 90-minute visit gives you 60 minutes of hands-on assisted stretching plus 30 minutes of recovery technology. Hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders — restored range and a calmer nervous system in a single visit.

60 or 90 Minutes. Range You'd Swear You Lost.
Choose the length that fits your body and your week. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed Connecticut LMT — never a fixed protocol.
30 min hands-on assisted stretch + 30 min recovery tech.
- Focused stretch of your 2–3 tightest regions
- Choose red light, compression, HydroJet or robotic back relief
- Ideal weekly or pre-event
60 min hands-on assisted stretch + 30 min recovery tech.
- Full-body mobility reset — head to toe
- Choose red light, compression, HydroJet or robotic back relief
- Nervous-system reset built in
Deeper mobility than you can reach alone.
Range you can actually feel
Hips that rotate easier, hamstrings that let go, shoulders that reach overhead again. Most clients notice meaningful mobility changes during the same session — without forcing or bouncing.
Deeper than solo stretching
Therapist-guided pressure and precise angles reach fascial layers you can't touch on your own — no matter how flexible you think you are.
Nervous system reset
Slow, sustained holds drop you out of fight-or-flight. You leave loose, calm, and clear-headed.
Injury prevention & recovery
Restores length to overworked tissue, reduces compensations, and speeds recovery between hard training days.
Zero equipment, zero homework
No bands, no straps, no complicated app. Show up, lie down, breathe. We do the work.
Pairs beautifully with Signature
Stack Stretch and Signature Muscle Therapy in the same week — hands-on release plus deep mobility work is the fastest path to real change.
Built around the body you walk in with.
Your therapist reads your body the day you arrive and prioritizes the regions that need it most.
Hips & Hip Flexors
The #1 site people carry hidden tension. Psoas, TFL, glute-med and adductor length restored in one session.
Hamstrings & Posterior Chain
Chronically short hamstrings that pull on your low back — released with sustained, therapist-guided angles.
Thoracic Spine & Shoulders
Screen-driven forward posture reversed. Chest opens, mid-back rotates, shoulders drop.
Neck & Upper Traps
Slow, gentle cervical stretch that no self-stretch can safely reach — plus sub-occipital release.
Lower Back & QL
Rotational stretch that finally unlocks the QL and lumbar erectors driving your low-back stiffness.
Ankles, Calves & Feet
Overlooked drivers of shin splints, plantar fasciitis and knee pain. Restored in one focused block.
For people who feel stuck in their own body.
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to know anything. You just need to lie down, breathe, and let a licensed therapist do the precise work your body has been asking for.
- Chronic tightness you can't stretch out of on your own
- Runners, cyclists, lifters, golfers — pre or post training
- Desk workers with locked hips, back and shoulders
- Anyone recovering from a rehab program who wants to maintain range
- First-timers who prefer stretch to deep pressure
- Weekly maintenance for people who train hard and live harder

Common questions
Before you book.
How is Muscle Therapy Stretch different from Signature Muscle Therapy?
Both services follow the same session structure: hands-on work followed by 30 minutes of recovery technology. Signature focuses on soft-tissue work with tools like cupping, Graston and cryo layered in. Stretch focuses on therapist-guided assisted mobility work — a different flavor of relief that targets range and nervous-system reset instead of tissue depth. Many clients alternate the two week to week.
Do I need to be flexible?
Absolutely not. Most first-time clients aren't. The therapist meets your body where it is and works within your safe end range — most people leave feeling noticeably more open and mobile.
What do I wear?
Soft, stretchy athletic wear — leggings and a t-shirt, or shorts and a t-shirt. Everything happens fully clothed on a padded therapy table in a private room.
Can I book Stretch and Signature the same week?
Yes — that combination is one of the fastest paths to real, lasting change. Ask about our membership packages for weekly stacking.
I have a medical condition, implant or pacemaker — can I still book?
Yes — please book, and give us a quick call before or after so we can customize your stretch safely. We work with clients managing complex medical histories every week.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.
